Adam Kravat

I am a 23 year old a year out of college. Currently living back at home with my Dad to save up money to get out on my own. After really being in the workforce for about a year I've come to realize that working a 9-5 for the rest of my life doesn't sound all that appealing. I want to get into real estate investing to eventually be able to transition away from working a day job and live on the income from rental properties. I am a big gamer and enjoy reading. Really excited about continuing to learn about real estate and eventually pull the trigger on my 1st property!
