Alfonso Andolz

I work full-time as an administrator in Adult Education. I was bitten by the real estate bug after having one rental property, which I had originally lived in. Most would describe me as a jack of all trades and hard working. I've been a teacher, mechanic, sales manager, Director of Employment Services, and other smaller jobs when I was younger. I will be investing in rental properties and flips in my area as I actively find those opportunities. Although still a newbie, I feel confident in my ability to jump right into the real estate investing game. Once my two sons become adults, I hope to retire from depending on W-2 jobs and teach them how to become financially independent. Not only do I want to create a real estate business, but I also want to create a legacy to pass down to my family for generations to come.
