Anne Barnett

Hello there! I am a Realtor, real estate investor and mom. I am licensed in the State of Nebraska and have lived in the Midwest all of my life. I live and work there and have no plans to leave. If you are needing assistance in another market, I have a great network of Realtors that would be happy to help navigate that market. Don't hesitate to reach out! As a real estate investor I do also own property in Omaha, Nebraska. I am working on a deal in Conway, South Carolina, 20 miles outside of Myrtle Beach, so soon I will own property there too. This will be my first time doing a long distance deal so I am excited about that! If this deal goes well then I will start branching out into other places. I will be more comfortable and knowledgeable about stepping outside of my own market and building a team. I am hopeful this will be a great learning experience for me and help catapult my business as I gain confidence and am no longer bound by distance.
