Born in Finland, lived in Canada for 30 years before moving to California in 1987. Retired and moved to Shelton Wa in 2017. My wife and I love the PNW; our children are pretty much grown-2 girls and 2 boys. I invest in multi family units with an increasing focus on 10-30 unit buildings. Since I am retired, not looking at empire building; my primary goal is to generate sufficient retirement income.
