I've been investing in real estate for 3 years now, but I've been learning about it since 2002 and just decided to go full time. I'm picking up speed and really trying to structure my business right to make growth quick and easy. Typically, I like the single family 3brs homes but am also interested in Multi Units. I like to landlord and flip homes. Typically I focus on homes to the North East of Pittsburgh, but I'm open to a good deal from anywhere. CashFlow is what I'm currently focused on.
