Currently Seeking: Small-Mid-sized buy and hold multifamily properties in growing mid-west or southeastern markets. About me: Commercial accountant for one of the largest global real estate companies in the world. Embarking on my own journey in the R/E investment field. Looking for an equitable experience where I can absorb as much information as possible while sharing my R/E accounting experience. I take great personal pride in my ability to analyze potential opportunities from a fiscally responsible position. I am looking to build a large portfolio of rental properties throughout the country through creative finance and partnerships. Personally, my goal is to use real estate in order to create freedom from my W-2 job and the time necessary in order to pursue opportunities that are more aligned with my personal interests. It is my hope that we will be able to connect and perhaps help one another as I am always looking to opportunities to add value to others while learning at the same time.
