Brian Bradley

I'm an asset protection attorney and the founder of Bradley Legal Corp. I'm licensed in California, Oregon, and Washington, and I work with real estate investors nationwide. I started as a plaintiff-side litigator in Los Angeles and Orange County. My job was finding assets and piercing entities. Now I use that experience on the other side of the table. I look at a portfolio the way a plaintiff's attorney will, and I build the structure before there's a claim. Most investors I talk to have an LLC and an umbrella policy and assume that's enough. Sometimes it is. Often it isn't. Single-member LLCs, charging orders, and living trusts all have limits that only show up once someone sues. My work is layering the right pieces in the right order: LLCs, limited partnerships, and the Bridge Trust® when the situation calls for it.
