My husband and I recently moved from San Francisco to Ocala, Florida (Central part of the state) and we have roots in Atlanta, GA as well. I work in Supply Chain and JD (hubby) manages our real estate investment business. We are focused on investing here in Ocala, Florida and have decided to make buy and hold, small multi-family units our niche for rental investments with our short term focus on flips. We have concentrated our investments in Central Florida and are open to North Georgia (Atlanta area) since those are markets we know and the cost of entry is in our sweet spot. We have a solid foundation in business finances, residential construction and residential rehab but the biggest barrier to building our empire is that we need to learn how to find non-traditional sources of funding to jump start our rental empire! We're always looking to share knowledge and build connections with fellow BP'ers!
