Chris LaSpada

I am currently the managing member of D’Amato & LaSpada, LLC, a CPA firm located in Wilmington, Delaware. For over 17 years I have provided tax preparation, tax planning, accounting and consulting services to small businesses and individuals. I am a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants and have also served as a member of the Federal Tax Committee for the PICPA. My firm specializes in tax preparation and bookkeeping assistance for individual note buyers and note fund investors. We also provide the same services for the owners of the note fund.
