I am a Navy helicopter pilot and real estate investor. I'm a hardworking and successful Officer in the Navy, a devoted husband, and father of two amazing daughters. I tend to be a jack of all trades, master of some with an insatiable desire to more about real estate. I own two homes in San Diego, CA. I started house hacking with a condo, that I eventually swapped for a fixer SFH. I purchased a second fixer in San Diego and both buy and holds have done really well. Now, I'm looking to perform a few flips to build equity and experience.
