Hello, I’m NEW to real estate investment. I’m located in the Bay Area (insert sad face). Currently, owning two townhomes, one in East Bay, and the other one in South Bay. I’m here to learn from others’ opinions, stories, and even questions. Hopefully I could help and contribute in the future! My goal is to start INVESTMENT and make this my business instead of “buy and hold” like what I’m doing right now.
