I am a 26 year-old, optimistic, driven individual. In love with health & wellness, personal development, and freedom. My interest in real estate began at age 19 when I bought my first property ( a bank-owned condo in Grover Beach, CA). At the time, I was a sales rep at a fortune 500 company. I kicked ass at my sales job and was amongst the top 5 sales people in my district / region month after month for 3 years (until I was promoted to management). I excelled, however I hated that I had no freedom. I worked long hours, sacrificed my holidays and weekends, and learned quickly that I am not cut out to be an employee LOL. I knew there was more to life than clocking in and out of a job every day for the rest of my life. After attending a life-changing Tony Robbins seminar, I knew I had so much potential in this life. I returned home, quit my job, got my RE license and hit the ground running towards a career as a realtor. I worked at it for months despite knowing that my true calling was in fact RE investing. I finally took some training courses on RE Investing and instantly fell in love. 1 year and 3 deals later, and I can't imagine myself doing anything else. I can't believe this is my life. I am so happy and eager to keep going and picking up bigger and bigger projects!
