I flip 2 or 3 houses a year. I am always looking to connect with new private lenders to build relationships for funding new projects. I currently invest in STR, MTR and LTR. My background entailed years as a building and zoning official. I provide building and zoning code interpretations and teach code classes across the country to building and zoning officials, architects, engineers, designers and contractors.
