Started in banking in Utah and with the same bank over the next 9 years moved to Las Vegas, Wisconsin, Alaska, Nashville TN, and have for the last 5 years have been in Denver CO. Experience: Participated in some fix & flips. Bought and sold a few primary residences. Currently own a long term buy and hold rental. My brother is an Appraiser and AMC owner. Real Estate Goals: Selectively acquire 3 small long term rental properties.
