I am a Mathematics Teacher in NY and an owner of a very successful Basketball Player Development/Camp Business with my husband in NY. My husband is from Summerville, SC, and introduced me to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. About 10 years ago, we flipped a home in Mt. Pleasant and did very well. We then had a family and became very busy building our basketball business and so my goals were put on hold for a while. After reading books on property investment and residual income, I have wanted to get back into real estate investing on the multifamily side, and finally am creating a plan to achieve this. We both have family near the Charleston area and are looking to connect with good people to build a strong network. I have heard great things about this site and I look forward to connecting!
