I owned a SFR investment property for over 10 years (out of state) and it was a great experience. I've had an interest in rental properties for some time now and am also interested in flipping. I'm very handy, having completed kitchen remodels from the ground up. I've done all sorts of DIY projects, electrical, tile, paint, floating floors etc. I'm very motivated to get into this business and hopefully scale. I want to flip when it makes sense and build a rental portfolio.
