I am the managing partner of an investment company, North Shore Equity Management, LLC. We own and manage a seven figure rental portfolio of properties in the Cleveland suburbs. I am also the managing partner of a second investment company, The Marie Paul Company that flips distressed properties in the Cleveland area. I worked in the construction industry for almost 20 years, starting as a union laborer and working up to a senior project manager. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, an MBA from Ottawa University and an earned doctorate in business administration from Walden University.
