I started my real estate career as a mortgage loan officer in early 2001.  Since then, I have closed 100's of millions of dollars in loans for my clients, and I have also personally invested in & managed property all over the country.  It's this wealth of mortgage and real estate investment knowledge that I bring to each transaction, both for my clients as well as for my personal investments.  There is no transaction too small or large that I cannot assist with, whether the first purchase of your new home or the refinance of your multi-unit building. Although I am constantly looking for investment and development opportunities, my primary occupation is lending. I not only originate loans, but also manage the Chicago operation for one of the nation's largest privately-held lenders. With this, I assist the executive team with the creation of new lending and investor relationships, and play a pivotal role in the streamlining of operating procedures and processing systems at a corporate level.  In having this level of involvement, my clients are ensured to receive the best and most customized service possible. I love helping clients and friends bring their investment and real estate goals to fruition, just as I've done for myself!
