I'm a physician in San Diego as my main career, but real estate is my main "side hustle". My wife is in the process of achieving Real Estate Professional status for 2020. We have a condo in San Diego that we’ve rented out since 2013 and own two SFHs near SDSU since 2020. I have an LLC with my family that invests in SFHs in Louisville, KY. And we have an LLC with some colleagues that invests in MFs in San Diego - so far we have a 3 unit in Normal Heights.
