Hi Folks, thank you for taking a moment to read my profile. Here's a bit about me: Born and raised a midwesterner, I moved to San Diego in 2012 for sunshine and a new job. For my day job, I work in marketing for Groupon. I've worked in tech marketing for about a decade now, and I love it. During COVID, I moved to Chicago to be with my partner. We both work in corporate America for now, but my eventual goal is to do this full-time. We have a couple properties across the two cities, and are growing our real estate and contractor teams in each. I'm interested in learning and working with others who have similar goals, with a desire to build a better future for my family, for those who live or rent in our properties, and the communities we work and serve in, especially our LGBTQ community. My personal mission is to add value and learn from every relationship, job, or opportunity. A bit about my real estate experience: In 2017 I bought my first short-term rental property. Since then I've done long-term buy & holds, a flip, and am about to close on my first multi-family in Chicago. My goal is to have 15 doors by 2030. I look forward to learning and networking along with you all.
