I am a full-time real estate investor specializing in the acquisition and management of large multi-family properties. Currently I own 80 units in the Hartford, CT area, but we are growing exponentially. I am actively growing my portfolio by partnering with private lenders who want to earn a strong return backed by Connecticut real estate. I also wholesale and rehab properties, and I am a Real Estate Agent who loves helping others navigate the wild world of buying and selling real estate. In my former career, I was a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am a lifelong martial artist and athlete and I teach Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Cromwell, CT. I live in Manchester, CT with my wife and two children. Experience: My biggest project was the acquisition, repositioning, and successful refinance of an 18-unit apartment building in Hartford, CT. I purchased the property in 2019 and was able to refinance it at a value 50% higher than the purchase price, 1 year later. I then grew from 18 to 80 units in the span of a little over a year. I have wholesaled and flipped dozens of properties, and I am an agent who has helped others buy and sell hundreds of properties. I love all aspects of real estate!
