My name is James Park, a licensed real estate investment advisor and broker in California and Georgia. Since my early 20s, I have been a student of the Irvine, California housing market and believe that the northern suburbs of Atlanta is in a 15 year cycle with that of Orange County California. I love to analyze and research real estate demographics and market cycles to identify the next emerging market which I call the "the path of progress". I have uprooted my family from the northwest suburbs of Chicago to a new emerging city in the northern suburbs of Atlanta called Johns Creek. I believe that living in Johns Creek today is like taking a time machine and going back in time to Irvine, California 15 years ago. I strategically moved to the Johns Creek area to build a portfolio of 10 A-class single family homes in South Forsyth County, to start a real estate investment brokerage, and to build a real estate asset management company. I am creative, artistic, and numbers driven in my analysis.
