Born and raised in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland suburbs). I love it here and believe Cleveland is a great market because we don't have as much volatility and cashflow is king. I'm a licensed realtor working at Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Southwest. About 50% of my business comes from working with investors. When I'm not working, I'm spending as much time with my wife and daughters. My wife and I own 3 rental properties that I manage. 2 of the properties were acquired using the BRRRR strategy. I also manage 12 SFR in a family portfolio. In 2019, I will be adding 2-3 SFR to my portfolio using the BRRRR strategy.
