Rod Graf

Experience: I'm a full-time Realtor with Edmunds Company in Duluth. My wife and I own five rental properties with an eye to acquire several more in the coming years. My housing background is broad: carpenter, cabinetmaker, rehab, new construction, residential design, CAD drafting, 3D modeling, energy modeling, property management, general contractor, housing non-profits, affordable housing and high-end custom work. These experiences inform my advice to real estate clients whether they be first-time buyers in search of a fixer upper, or savvy investors looking to grow their portfolio.
