Alex Chiapetta

Real Estate Investor, Veteran, Project Manager looking for my next project! I am looking to connect with Agents, Wholesalers, Investors, and GCs in Austin Area. I am also looking to get into small multi-family. I started my career as an Industrial Engineer focused on process improvement in a variety of different industries. Eventually my career took me to being a Project Manager for a Fix and Flip company in Denver, CO. During my time managing projects, I over saw and completed 25+ Fix and Flips. I joined the military in 2021 and during my service time I was stationed at Fort Stewart, GA where I started acquiring rentals and doing Fix and Flip Project Management for hire on the side. I have since Separated from the military and moved back to Austin. I am hoping to attend UT McCombs for my MBA in Fall 2025. I am looking for my next project/primary residence in Austin. I would love to find a value add house with an ADU or 2-4 unit I can buy with Hard Money, renovate, and refi.
