I am very green to real estate but I am eager to learn about the ins and outs of the business. I am an engineer so I am good with numbers and enjoy analyzing different strategies for investing. I have been saving for a house for two years now, investing that money into stocks and bonds. Initially, the money was to be for our first home but my fiance and I have become very interested in the idea of instead investing that money into a house that could provide some income.
