I am currently part of the 98%'ers with a whole new vision and outlook on what can be if I am willing to listen, learn and take action. I am interested in learning as many phases of real estate investment that I possibly can over the next several year but I want to start with Buy and Hold Investments single family, multi family and smaller 2, 4 or 6 plex apartments. I want to create a supplementary passive income to eventually replace both mine and my wife. It took me 50 years to get to this point in my life... it’s time to unlearn what I thought I knew and listen and learn from the experts who are where I want to be!!! unbelievably excited to be a part of the BP Community!!!
