I grew up in the Trades. Fine craftsmanship and carpentry was handed down through my family and required in and around the Family Farms. After working in manufactured housing for 5 years, I took a position as construction foreman for a high end residential remodeling company where I was a valued asset for several years until the onset of Covid caused my employer difficulties bidding jobs. During that time I had acquired my first flip and while keeping myself busy on that property, I started General Contracting for myself and I've been gainfully self employed ever since. Ive done several flips, house hacked the family home I grew up in, and had 3 rental trailers back home before I liquidated all my assets in the decision to move my self and my business to Arizona where all my immediate family now resides. My knowledge of renovating and real estate investing in the SFH market is extensive and my ability to do 100% of the work myself has allowed me to be very successful in my first deals and I'm looking forward to utilizing that experience in the more lucrative markets in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.
