I consider myself an investor/ builder. I am president of Pyrect Builders Inc specializing in retail construction. Traveling from store to store across the country has made buy hold rental properties for financial freedom attractive. I have two rentals and can’t wait to get as many as possible. I owe a lot to BP, the podcast, books, and the forums. My goals: Builder: Find and build a relationship with a retail store team that I can grow with. Investor: get to 100 doors by 2020 and get Into retaIl real estate. Update 2020: own 4 doors ( close to 100🤣) and some parcels after demolishing some old buildings. I have one note on a property near my rentals. Pyrect Builders Inc. is doing very well so I decided to pay all debt down and have access to liquidity through LOCs anticipating a large real estate purchase.
