About myself
House flipper in Pittsburgh. My brother and I buy with cash, mostly at the Allegheny County sheriff sale. He runs the work on the ground; I do the research and the numbers. I built SheriffSalePA (sheriffsalepa.com): the monthly Allegheny County sheriff sale list, searchable, with county data and the court notes in plain English. Free to browse. We share our flips, from the sheriff sale to the finished house, on YouTube (youtube.com/@thehousebender) and Instagram (@thehousebender). Happy to talk sheriff sales, Pittsburgh neighborhoods and rehab costs.
