I am 23 years old, working full time (3 days a week) as a registered nurse and looking to build/keep wealth through purchasing real estate property investments. I'm currently interested in purchasing my first real estate property, and most likely going to get a real estate license in the next few months. I'd like to learn more about multi-famly and single family rental property.
