Hello, I have always been passionate about Real Estate Investment. I find this to be the best vehicle available in making money for a fulfilling future. I have gone to seminars, taken college classes on real estate investment and have read many articles. I like the idea of having both active and passive income. I also have a passion for drafting and creating plans and designs on the computer. I have a decent amount of experience with the construction of homes and other residential and small commercial projects. My knowledge is always growing and when it is something I am passionate about it is much easier to learn and dive into. While I have learned a lot I still have not pulled the trigger on purchasing a property. I am currently a "nomad" and will be settling down in the next 2 years or so. This is when I plan to take my savings and go for it. It also makes it easier that my wife is on board!
