Aaron Revere

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Real estate in a big city like this is often a hot topic. After College i became a real estate agent but quickly realized that in order to get more deals i need to work with investors because they had several listings a year. I became interested in learning how they fixed up properties and made large profits. In time i learned enough to start my own group flipping houses in the LA area. After getting ripped off a few too many times from my contractors i decided the learn the construction side of the business as well and later got my general contractor's license. If that wasn't enough, i also became a licensed lender so i could find the very best financing for my deals. So now i have three licenses, a handful of flips under my belt and a wealth of real estate knowledge that i try and share when i get the chance but yet somehow still so much to learn.
