My husband and I are licensed WA Real Estate Brokers. I run our retail real estate business and my husband is a City of Tacoma Firefighter. We do our own investment projects on the side. We come from the construction industry and love projects. Experience: We have done two fix and flips of our primary residences. We have built an ADU on our current property which is a rental and are looking to grow our rental portfolio both locally as well as in a more affordable market. Network with other investors. We want to do less hands on work so we are looking for quality partners in the trades in our local investment markets of Jefferson & Clallam counties in Washington. We also want to make to jump to investing out of state and have our eyes set on North Carolina... specifically Durham, Raleigh, Winston-Salem & Greensboro areas.
