Abel Santos

Future Rental Property Investor- Looking to learn as much about the Philly/Delco/South Jersey as I can to be able to dive into my first deal. First property I look to buy is a duplex to house hack. My full time job is as a Project Manager for IMC Construction working on Commercial/Mixed Use Construction. Real Estate and construction has always caught my attention. I love the idea of building communities for people to enjoy and call their homes. If anyone knows of any great networking clubs/ general Rental Property Events within the Philly/Delco/South Jersey area, please Message me with details as I would love to attend and meet more people.
