Hi, I’m Abhijeet Lavatre. I’m based in Georgia and currently focused on building my real estate portfolio through out-of-state investing. My main strategy is BRRRR and buy-and-hold rentals in the $80K–$125K range, with a particular interest in small multi-family properties that offer both cash flow and long-term appreciation. Professionally, I have been a Software development professional for the past 19 years.
