Abigail Berkley

I’m a motivated entrepreneur with an interest in BRRRR and STR investment strategies. While in the beginning stages of my real estate journey, I’ve been actively building my knowledge through BiggerPockets podcasts, books, and experienced investors. My goal is to build a healthy long term buy & hold portfolio. To get there, I intend to focus on mastering the BRRRR process. With a background in hospitality, and a joy for design and exceptional experiences, I would also like to explore STR's. I am currently continuing to expand my knowledge of the REI world while working to become more lendable, increase my available capital, and/or find partners to invest with. As a self-employed Bookkeeper and Tattoo Artist, I have a flexible schedule and the ability to deal find, manage rehabs, and even have some construction knowledge, as my boyfriend specializes in building custom ICF housing. We plan to partner to provide sustainable, disaster-resistant housing to communities who experience regular wildfire seasons. I am filled with excitement to be on this journey, and look forward to taking my first step into the world of real estate investing! If you share these interests, let's connect. I would love to learn from you and explore how I might be able to provide value to your investment journey.
