Andrew Block

Andrew is a successful entrepreneur with a background in technology and real estate. He started his first company at the age of 16, teaching himself coding and software development, and began selling flight simulator software on a global scale. He then climbed the ranks from junior to senior developer at various companies, becoming the inventor on two patent-pending products. He was the lead developer on an award-winning, patented and nationally distributed automotive financing application. From there, Andrew founded his own software company in the mortgage space, eventually transitioning to opening a mortgage brokerage, and achieved top producer status at the brokerage within the first year. He began CenterPoint and CenterShield with the goal of utilizing his skills in technology and real estate to locate, acquire, and rent or dispose of off-market properties for profit, while simultaneously approaching his work with systematic sensibility to allow for consistent profits and success. Andrew’s dynamic leadership and passionate, big-picture vision have each contributed to the continued success of CenterPoint and CenterShield.
