I'm a investor who does buy & hold in Baltimore. I currently have 6 properties in Baltimore. My business partner works full time in the business and we are looking to aquire 10-12 properties a year going forward. Today we buy properties using cash, rehab them, rent them out, and refinance. Currently we focus on Baltimore row homes and duplexes.
