I've been a Property Insurance Adjuster for over 3 years and would like to step out into the world of real estate investing. My profession has exposed me to a lot of construction knowledge, so I feel comfortable pursuing rehab projects with value adds in mind. Very open to learning and looking for helpful folks that help push me in the right direction for my first deal!
