Married with 3 girls, and I need to figure out how to pay for their college! I'm sort of new to real estate. Well, I was fortunate to purchase a rental in 2012, but I thought I'd have to save and save and save for a down payment for my next rental. As a result, the equity has sat unused this whole time. Following Bigger Pockets on YouTube, I want to get BRRRR going and see what the opportunities are!
