I'm a Real Estate Investor / Agent / Property Manager. My wife and I starting investing in 2015 with a fixer upper duplex house hack in the Boise, Idaho area. We've since sold that property and bought another duplex with the proceeds as well as a condo that we rent out. We are currently, as of Sept 2020, in contract to sell the condo for an amazing profit. We'll be purchasing 2 more properties on a 1031, where one is a multi-unit property (also in contract) and the other is yet to be determined. By the end of this year, we hope to have 6 doors altogether. I've been a fan of the BiggerPockets videos/podcasts for quite some time. I hope to get involved with the community going forward. I just received my Real Estate agent license and hope to begin my dive head first into "all things real estate"!
