I have worked as a commercial and residential real estate appraiser since 1997. Our company is one of the few (if only) that also performs land surveys in the State. I live and breath real estate and love it, whether I'm valuing simple residential properties, helping investors in buy/sell decisions, performing complex commercial property feasiblity studies/valuations or investingating physical and title aspects of real property for surveys. I have always wanted to get involved in investing but haven't had the opportunity based on financial reasons (house, family, business, etc. expenses). My mentor taught me that no matter how much you think you know, there is always more to learn - we should strive to learn more from self-help as well as from others. I do my best to employ the CANI (Constant And Neverending Improvement) principle and hope to learn a lot from the members here and hopefully can help others.
