Adam Babin

I started with my primary residence when I lived in Virginia. I purchased it at the bottom of the 2008 housing crash. I rehabbed the property myself and turned it into a strong cash-flowing rental property in 2013. I am now in a position in my life to begin purchasing more rental properties. My goal is to become financially free by 2023 so I can spend my time adventuring more often. I find both peace and excitement in the wilderness, generally on the side of a large mountain.
