Adam Baughman

My name is Adam. Since graduating high school I have been in and out of the University of Washington, worked multiple retail jobs, worked as a project manager for several single family rehabs and ran an exterior house painting company for several years. Out of everything I have done I have enjoyed running my painting company and the rehabs the most as both of these experiences have taught me more than any other job or attending the University of Washington. I am a young entrepreneur looking to learn everything about real estate investing. After running a painting business and the rehabs I have done I see becoming a Wholesaler as the next logical step so that I can build capital to flip houses. Currently I am working a warehouse job to save money and begin Wholesaling. I welcome any advice.
