Hi Everyone, I've wanted to get into Real Estate for two years and finally after countless YouTube videos and BP Podcasts I pulled the trigger on my first flip on 2/2/2018. I posted the house on my profile page if anyone is interested to look at it. I'm looking for wholesalers so it that's you, please add me to your contact list ( I buy with cash). Also, my father-in-law is a great contractor/partner! He currently does all the work himself and has been working on houses for over 30 years. If anyone is interested in doing a JV together, feel free to inbox me! I can talk about RE for hours! Thanks! I currently hold three 3 rental properies and looking to aqire much more.
