Retired NAVY Veteran looking to invest (buy & hold) in desirable Single Family & Multi-Family properties for rentals in Tidewater / Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I am eager to learn more about all facets pertaining to Real Estate, so I can adapt and grow within the changing & differing markets. These "facets" include, but are not limited to: Flipping houses, Multi-Family (Commercial & Residential), Partnerships, Franchise Ventures, and expanding my horizons to other areas within Hampton Roads & possibly long distance investing where feasible. I currently own rental property near the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. I use a property manager, as it alleviates my burdens; because I am still doing active Overseas Consulting/Contracting throughout the year. My wife is a licensed Real Estate Appraisser and we live in Virginia Beach. I like Triathlon (Ironman 70.3’s), IFLY/Skydiving, shooting, woodworking, anything pertaining to outdoors & fitness, learning new things, meeting new people, and runs/socials with the North End Run Club in Virginia Beach.
