I'm 31 years old, married, and full time Physician Assistant. I am co-owner and operator of ARD Investments, LLC and am looking to grow my portfolio now aiming towards mobile home parks. I have experience in small multifamily value add projects/buy and holds (ranging from duplexes to 35 unit complexes). My brother and I self manage our units which are nationwide including Texas, Tennessee, and Indiana. I am currently settled down in Indianapolis but am looking for deals within Indiana and neighboring states. Experience: I own and manage 35 units currently and have experience as a hard money lender in other deals. Real Estate Goals: - Expand my portfolio in the form of mobile home parks in and around Indiana. - Network with wholesalers to increase my funnel with more deals. - I want to replace my monthly expenses with passive income while putting in place the systems necessary to seamlessly scale up. Currently Seeking: - More deals in the 5-50 unit range and working on optimizing the systems needed to streamline operations.
