Rental Property Investor
I am from California and invest in NC where I currently live. I'm currently working in Hampstead as a Dentist. My plan is to continue to build my portfolio here in NC. My Portfolio consists of: 6MM all self managed by my wife and I 6 long term rentals located in Onslow county and New Hanover County of NC 6 Short term rentals located on Topsail Island in Surf City NC My goal is to acquire multi family properties in the near future. Specific Areas of interest/goals: mobile home or RV parks
