Young, ambitious real estate agent/investor looking for a mentor! My investing goal is to become more involved in the investor space through college, travel nursing, and short-term rentals. We currently have 1 college rental that is a cash-flow king! I have extensive knowledge of the Columbia, SC, market, having lived here for more than 20 years. I am genuinely interested in learning how to excel in the real estate investing space to create freedom for my family.
